Positief: l'emplacement était bien, sans plus. Nous n'avons pas vraiment pu aller à la piscine car elle n'était pas bien indiqué. Comme cela est étrange !

Kan beter: les informations sont inexactes : nous avons dû payer plus cher que prévu et nous n'apprécions vraiment pas ; nous avons payé en plus pour notre chat alors que nous sommes en camping-car et avons droit à 1 animal. Enfin, certains emplacements sont réservés en priorité aux caravanes. C'est la première fois que je vois cela.

Kan beter: être bien informé pour aller à la piscine : nous ne l'avons pas trouvé le soir de notre passage car difficile cet accès.

Kan beter: As it’s out of town having the bar/restaurant open in September and also in June at Veules les Roses this year would have been appreciated.

Positief: We had a lovely stay and booking process was very clear, with good communication throughout. I loved the swimming pool! It was so refreshing after a busy day travelling or exploring, plus there's a great view out of the windows. Thank you for ordering fresh bread for the morning! We enjoyed our breakfast. We also liked cycling from the campsite to Oberbronn, Niederbronn les Bains, and many other villages.
